Signature Spa Care Service

This includes the cleaning, disinfecting, testing and treatment of the interior and exterior of your spa. Water Maintenance Service

Our professional spa Water Care Service is now available in select areas of the greater Portland Metropolitan area. Our trained professionals will ensure that your spa's water chemistry is balanced and that the water is sparkling clean. You can select weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or individual visits. Pre-Warranty Check-Up

Is your spa warranty about to run out? Call us for a Pre-warranty Check-up. Our factory-trained service technician will come out to your home and check that all of your spa's parts are functioning properly - or repair or replace them, if needed, while your spa is still under warranty. Treat yourself to the peace of mind of knowing that your spa is in tip-top running condition as you move into the post-warranty period.

New Owner's Certification™

Provide peace of mind for customers who are considering buying your home together with your spa! Most people want to own a hot tub but may worry about being stuck with repair bills for the unknown. First of all make sure the customers know your spa is an Oregon HotSpring Spa, the best there is. Second, assure them of the working order of their new HotSpring spa with our Transfer Certification. This allows you to purchase a brand new HotSpring spa with all its great new features.

Are you moving, and leaving your spa behind when you sell your home? Your spa warranty is valid only with the original owner, but we offer a "New Owner's Certification™" a clean bill of health so to speak, to enhance the peace of mind of your spa's next owner. It works like this:

  • If your spa is still under warranty before you sell it, request a Pre-warranty Check-up. After the check-up we'll mail you a "New Owner's Certification™" that the spa was completely checked out and any needed work was done. Then you pass the Certification on to the new owners.
  • If your spa is out of warranty, request a "New Owner's Certification™" check-up. In the unusual case that not everything is up to snuff, we'll identify any parts that might need attention, and, with your approval, repair or replace them at our regular service rates. The "Certification" would state that everything was checked out, and that all is okay, or note any exceptions, which we would fix at a given cost, good for the next 90 days. You just pay the cost of the check-up itself if your spa doesn't need any repairs or you choose not to follow up on any recommenations.

Care-Free™ Silver Ion Refill Program

Silver Ion Cartridge Make your water care maintenance a breeze with our Care-Free™ smart automatic re-stock system. We'll ship you a new Silver Ion Cartridge every four months, when you need it (the factory's recommended replacement time). You won't have to worry about storing them or finding them - or forgetting that it's time to replace your spent Cartridge.

It's also a great reminder for when you need to drain your spa (recommended every four months).
