Our Service Department for the greater Portland metro area, the coast, Vancouver and Salem is located in our Beaverton Distribution Center. Our Bend store has its own Service Department for Central Oregon.

Our factory-trained and A+ certified service technicians have received the manufacturer's highest ratings. Our staff's average response time is 48 hours or less. We have most Hot Spring, Tiger River, Hot Spot and Solana original factory parts in stock.

Oregon HotSpring Spas is committed to making your spa-owning experience "a few degrees warmer" from the minute you step into our showroom to your 25th year of owning a Hot Spring spa. (Yes, 25th year! We have thousands of customers who still own their original spa, still running strong.)

We have our own In-House Service Department, and our Service Technicians are the best. They pride themselves in providing superlative service to keep these little relaxation machines in tip top shape. We inventory parts for every HotSpring spa we ever sold.
