2005 Scott Smith Superior Customer Satisfaction Award for Retail Excellence from Watkins Manufacturing, the maker of Hot Spring spas.

Oregon HotSpring Spas was recognized as providing the best customer satisfaction in 2005 out of all 900 Hot Spring spa dealers worldwide because of its commitment to outstanding customer service, professionalism and product knowledge.

According to Mike Dunn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hot Spring Spas, this Dealer of the Year Award is among Hot Spring Spa's highest worldwide retail award honors. "The team at Oregon HotSpring Spas made remarkable efforts during 2005," said Dunn. "It is no wonder they are an award-winning dealership - they have consistently displayed tremendous dedication and commitment to providing the local market with the utmost in customer service and dependable, superior products.

Wilfried Mueller-Crispin says the best reward he can get is to put a smile on a customer's face. One that won't go away. "Many people come in after owning their spa a couple of months or for over 20 years, with a big smile on their face, telling me that they can't believe how much they benefit from their spa; how much closer they feel to their loved ones and how much more relaxed they feel - there's a lot of reward that comes with hearing that kind of positive feedback," said Mueller-Crispin. "We've been very fortunate to have great people on our staff, past and present, who are truly passionate about providing superior service to all our customers. They have taken us to the level of service we are committed to providing today."

2005 Aqua 100 Hall of Fame 2005 inducted into AQUA 100 Hall of Fame, after winning the AQUA 100 award for the eighth year. This honor recognizes OHSS as among the best in the business in the US by maintaining outstanding retail practices and excellent customer service.

Oregon HotSpring Spas is one of only 76 spa and pool dealers nationwide that have been inducted into the AQUA 100 Hall of Fame, compiled by AQUA, the business magazine for spa and pool professionals.

The AQUA 100 recognizes the most professional dealers, builders and service technicians in the industry each year, and companies that made the list five consecutive times or eight times overall are named to the Hall of Fame.

"For 16 years now the AQUA 100 has been recognized as one of the top honors a spa company can receive. Some companies have shown over and over that they're among the best in the business, and that's why we created the AQUA 100 Hall of Fame," says Barrett Kilmer, managing editor of AQUA. "Oregon HotSpring Spas has stayed at the top by maintaining excellent customer service, deep knowledge of the product they sell, and quality craftsmanship."

2004 Hot Spring Territory Dealer of the Year Award from Watkins Manufacturing, the maker of Hot Spring spas.

Oregon HotSpring Spas was chosen from among all Hot Spring dealers in Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii and part of Idaho to be recognized by their manufacturer as the most outstanding Dealer of the Year for their territory in 2004.

Locksin Thompson trophy1998 Locksin Thompson Award as the Hot Spring International Spa Dealer of the Year, the highest award presented by their hot tub manufacturer, makers of the world's best-selling portable spas.
